HENSOMASTIK® Mixed Penetration Seal Fire dampers
In Germany, fire dampers have traditionally been sealed with mortar. In Austria and the Netherlands, however, the preferred method has long been to use soft-seal gaskets, thereby taking advantage of the ease of replacement.
For such applications, Rudolf Hensel GmbH offers its “HENSOMASTIK® mixed-penetration seal with fire dampers,” which is classified as fire resistance class EI 90 / EI 120 with a classification report in accordance with EN 13501.
The tests on the structural components, in accordance with EN 1363-1:2000—on which this standard is based—were conducted using Trox fire dampers of types FKRS-EU (NW 315 mm) and FK-EU (1500 x 800 mm) fire dampers, both in wall and ceiling penetration seals. “The soft penetration seal with fire damper, type: HENSOMASTIK®” is a two-panel penetration seal consisting of two mineral fiber boards, each > 50 mm thick, which are coated with HENSOMASTIK® 5 KS Farbe or HENSOMASTIK® 5 KS viskos.

HENSOTHERM® 7 KS Fabric 1000 E
Flexible cable tie for creating a fire-resistant seal between cables and cable support structures
in accordance with EN 1366-3
Inside buildings, especially in modern residential and office buildings, there are a large number of electrical cables. Many cable sheaths and insulations are flammable and contribute to the spread of fire in the event of a fire. In addition, burning cable sheaths and insulation may cause dripping, as well as the release of toxic and highly corrosive fire gases, which can lead to smoke inhalation or damage technical equipment and other materials, impairing their function.
HENSOTHERM® 7 KS Gewebe 1000 E is an A2-rated glass fiber fabric coated on one side with an intumescent HENSOTHERM® 7 KS fire-retardant coating. HENSOTHERM® 7 KS Fabric 1000 E is classified according to EN 1366-3 as a temporary and permanent fire-resistant seal for electrical conduits, electrical installation conduits, and cable-carrying structures with a fire resistance rating of up to 120 minutes (ETA 22/0125) for restoring fire safety to solid wall structures equipped with openings for electrical conduits.

HENSOTHERM® 7 KS viskos
Fire-retardant compound for pipes and cables
The fire-resistant compound HENSOTHERM® 7 KS viskos is supplied in cartridges and is used as a ring-shaped seal for single penetrations and small fire-resistant seals for pipes, cables, cable bundles, or electrical cable ducts (with or without cables) with multiple branches to restore fire safety in wall and floor structures. HENSOTHERM® 7 KS viskos has been tested in accordance with EN 1366-3 with a fire resistance rating of up to EI 240 (see ETA 20/1306).

HENSOTHERM® RM30 / RM50 / RM100
Fire-resistant collar for single pipe penetrations in walls and floors
The fire-resistant collar HENSOTHERM® RM 30 / RM 50 / RM 100 is designed as a pipe seal to restore fire safety in solid wall and floor structures equipped with openings for pipes and EIR / flexible conduits (with or without cabling).

HENSOTHERM® M 2000 Fireproof Mortar
The HENSOTHERM® M 2000 sealant is used to create composite, rigid penetration seals for cables and pipes in solid walls and floors.
HENSOTHERM® M 2000 is used as a barrier to restore fire safety in solid wall and ceiling structures equipped with openings for combustible and non-combustible pipes, cables, and cable bundles in EIR/flex conduits. The openings are sealed using a HENSOTHERM® M 2000 composite solution.

HENSOTHERM® System für Einzelleitung
Fire Protection Solution for Single-Pipe Ducts
HENSOTHERM® 7 KS Gewebe 50 is designed as a continuous tubular sleeve for sealing single-pipe penetrations. It can be used to seal combustible and non-combustible pipes insulated with synthetic rubber in solid floors > 150 mm and in solid and flexible walls > 100 mm up to fire resistance class EI 240.
The gap between the pipe components (annular gap) is filled with HENSOTHERM® 7 KS Gewebe 50 and HENSOMASTIK® 5 KS SP (cartridge filler), depending on the pipe type. Alternatively, the annular space can be filled with gypsum or mortar (A1).

HENSOTHERM® System für Schachtwand
Fire Protection Solutions for Shaft Walls
This product is designed to seal combustible pipes and electrical cables in flexible conduits, thereby restoring the fire safety of shaft walls with a single-board thickness of ≥ 40 mm. The pipes can be routed individually or in tightly bundled groups through the wall.
The HENSOTHERM® System for Shaft Walls is a system consisting of two different products. Depending on the pipe type, the gap between the pipe components (annular space) is filled with HENSOTHERM® 7 KS viskos (cartridge) or, for larger pipe diameters, HENSOTHERM® 7 KS Gewebe 100. The vent stacks are routed as described in the UL Evaluation Report, Project No. 4788658260 Rev. 1
